Class was actually fun today. We started a mini art project. We’re basically designing our own patron saint and writing a mini biography for him/her/them/it. I started a collage of pictures of women who look really happy, but I’m (ironically) not happy with it.
I really want my patron saint to be smart and brave like Hermione Granger and strong and protective like Katniss and I don’t know what else. I think I want to incorporate quotes too, particularly where Hermione says, “Books and cleverness? There are more important things—like friendship and bravery.” So I’m thinking of redoing mine.
